The Lake County Historical Society called upon the community for support and you answered! This February we launched our Winter 2025 campaign to help cover unanticipated $40,000 in build back costs for the Lighthouse Keeper’s Quarters and 3M Birthplace Museum. While the campaign has raised nearly 20% of our goal, work has been completed on the historic Keeper’s Quarters. We are cordially inviting the public to visit the Lighthouse Museum & Bed and Breakfast April 18th 12 to 3 PM to see the work that has been done to date and learn a bit about the lighthouse. We continue to seek funds to reopen the 3M Birthplace Museum in our centennial year. We look forward to welcoming the public to the Lighthouse Bed & Breakfast.
Please park in the paved break wall surface lot. The Lighthouse Museum & Store entrance will be open during the Lighthouse open house.
