As we close out women’s history month, learn more about Title 9 and its affect on women’s sports in Lake County with Linda Hoffman! Accomplished athlete and gymnast, Linda taught for ISD381 from Fall 1969 to 2006. She taught health & physical education, advised the cheerleading & pep clubs, and coached the girls’ track & gymnastics team.
The mission of the Lake County Historical Society is to preserve the history of Lake County, Minnesota through the preservation, study and interpretation of artifacts, documents, photographs and historic sites and to tell the story of our past and present culture.
